lucky charms and cinnamon toast crunch has poison in it

A carcinogen? lol. Sorry but backyard chemist bob over here is not going to convince me he knows more about these ingredients than the FDA. Here's the full article to that quote SCkid put up for those that want an actual intelligent opinion on the matter: http://www.snopes.com/food/ingredient/tsp.asp
That's where you messed up, trusting the FDA!

FDA is controlled by lobbyists, just like everything else in America.

The FDA say aspartame, fluoride, BHA, coloring agents like Blue #1 and Yellow #5, glyphosphate, etc. are safe to consume, but these are TOXIC to humans in any form.

Nothing but carbs. Basically sugar.
There are dozens of cereals that are made of whole grains, granola, nuts, dried fruits, and fiber.

And since when are carbs unhealthy? I guess I've been messing up by eating fruits and veggies

Carbs aren't unhealthy in safe amounts, but as a country, we consume way too much from processed foods

Safe amount of carbs?

As a country we consume too many animal products. #1killer is heart disease. If you are telling me a carb overload is causing that im all ears.

The poor countries who have little to no access to animal products and live off grains, rice, potatoes, veggies (carbs)etc dont have 300 lb people walking around that aren't nfl O lineman

Lets not talk abiut the milk you pouring over your "healthy"cereals

Carbs fuel the trillions of cells we have, id recommend carbs to any and everyone

Heart disease is not solely linked to meat. It's an old story that stuck which is why there was a low fat fad that lasted for a long time which did nothing put process the food even further. In fact, heart disease and diabetes are higher linked to carbs because all carbs break down to glucose in the body. Low carbs diet helps lose more weight and fat compared to a low fat diet. And don't confuse skinny with healthy.

Kashi >
kashi is the truth.

if you are naive to the ingredient list on anything made by the following brands dont cry when you hit 50+ and all these ailments start poping up.

your foods ingredients list should not look like a story nor contain words you can barley pronounce :

kelloggs

post

general mills

quaker

general foods

nestle

and countless other brands.

treating cancer is far more expensive than paying for healthy food

As of 2017, 3/4th of the FDA budget (approximately $700 million) is funded by the pharmaceutical companies due to the Prescription Drug User Fee Act.[5][6]

That's really all you need to know.

The people "curing" your sicknesses are also approving your "food" and not approving what might prevent you from getting sick in the first place.

This os surely what i needed to read tonight smh.

I been eating greenwise cereal which is supposedly organic

The poison is in the dosage. We can ingest all kinds of chemicals safely if they're in the right amounts.
