I need to find a legit puerto rican food spot. I was let down buy a lot of places ive tried IN puerto rico. I only like the rice and a few other things.

Even in puerto rico i was craving mexican food and salsa. The food aint all that. The women tho. [emoji]128520[/emoji][emoji]128520[/emoji]
 
Was the water bottle year.The year they would suround females then strip there clothes off.I remember seeing a special on T.V. about that PR Day year.Somebody was taping it.Cats was wilding hard.What was the reason for Freaknik getting shut down in Atlanta.I use to hear some wild stories about it when i was kid.

All these parades are mostly about the ratchetness and rarely about what they actually should be about...always some crazy wild **** popping off, last time I went was when I was about 11 years old...lol same with Da Dominican one on da Concourse
 
The parade lost its luster after that whole water bottle incident years ago.

Real nyers when I was coming up I envisioned way more boricuas in NYC. I get it there still here but I swear coming up it made it seem like half the city was Puerto Rican. Did they just disappear

Your S/N is the reason. I remember how dope block parties where in Williamsburg during my formative years. Bori's got priced out of that area and Now? Well we know what that area has turned into.

Hurts my soul what happened to that hood and many like it.

As for the parade, we all the know the festival the day before and after parade parties are where the mami's are at.

Who wants to go to a parade with cops surrounding you like it's a ****** gulag. Nah, we ain't with that.

kings aint the same, after tone went in it was all down hill for the structure. 

they still around and keep **** civil but they were bugging at one point. 

i know CT had some parades too i think the week before they killed those after that 00' nyc one.

you either have no taste buds or were in the san juan hitting up the touristy spots. 

west side of the island is were the flavor is. 

next time you out there hit me up ill point you to the right spots. 

lechonera, the homies making pinchos next to bars, official mofongo spots, i know a few resturants on the beach that do the illest sampler platters.. seafood.. oyster chucking.. fried mariscos (fish, octo, and etc), bacalao con viandas.... pasteles.

 cuchifitos are beyond official on the island empanadillas de : pizza, tiburon, carrucho, etc etc. 

you can drive down the main free ways and see people with rotisserie chicken and root vegtables just pull over pick up a $5 plate that feed like 4 and take off. (they also have beer but well keep that on the low)

ever had empandillas at a drag strip fried in a 50 gallon barrel of pure canola oil? 

also the island is full of fruits and edible plants that you cant really find anywhere else... 

pankys, tronkys, bimbo cookies, the ice cream spots where you can get some wild flavors, shaved ice?

2000 parade.

if memory serves me correctly it wasnt ricans wilding out though. 

and most of the females who got this done to them were tourist. 

(rican girls from this era would have spit a blade out their mouths quicker than that water hitting their skin)

Freaknik got shut down because it was leaking into downtown ATL.  As long as we were in the park, UG and **** like that, it was cool.

Freaknik was dope and I caught it on the decline. Fell out a moving van rolled and didn't drop my drink. Sat night is nothing but flashes to me at this point. And it was really 2000? Damn. My man A got his face slashed, it was maaaaad hot, dudes had shot bottles all over, East Tremont was out there heavy, chicks getting poured on....then it died.
