What's wrong with GOAT?

I sent GOAT these Y-3 Pure Boost after finding out I preferred to spend the money on something else, I never tried them on. Apparently one of their "specialist" thinks the shoes are used and they want me to lower the price, what is wrong with them? This is also the third time something like this happens to me on GOAT, but this is one is by far the most absurd one. I will attach the pictures GOAT has sent me, please lmk what you guys think.

Did you buy the sneakers yourself or order them online? Looks like the right shoe may have been tried on by someone at some stage. Maybe a factory or store employee in their stock room?

I can see why GOAT would have some concern if this is an expensive item.

I bought it online, and took them out of the box to verify they were good, never laid them on the floor or any sort.

Right shoe hit a dirty floor at some stage. All depends on what the next buyer's expectations are.
