Loubs hold up in value very well if you keep the bottoms clean 

But I agree Balenciaga Arenas got ruined and became the hood special, Balenciaga Runners thoe those are

Gucci sneakers and Yeezys fakes are so mass produced and worn in Asia, its disgusting.

On another note, investing in a good pair of dress shoes will open up more doors / opportunities (more $$) in the future.

The ace model itself has that classic silhouette. Fad might be the flowers and snakes and whatnot but the silhouette with the simple stripes is a classic look.
 
If I'm copping aces they are just the plain ones without all the embroidered graphics. Those will never go out of style.

This. Every got money cat in the hood has a pair, and usually pair it with a all over print Burberry button down or some other in your face designer shirt.

I like Margiela gats and Gucci horsebit drivers but they aren't for everyone.
 
Glad I never copped a pair of arenas lol. I was def ready to pull the trigger on a pair or 2 at one point :lol:
 
Arenas don't even look like a tacky shoe that can get played out regardless of who wears them. They're just plain solid colored sneakers. It just sounds like people secretly don't like them anymore because Kanye moved on to something else :lol: I don't have a pair and don't feel the need to buy them, but it's because I already have a pair of all black high top shoes

Things that can get played out to me are loud and tacky shoes like Prada cup shoes, monogram Louis/Gucci sneakers, the current Ed Hardy Guccis, Jordans, etc.
