Nah b...went the other day and unless u gettin dem joints plain AF ...u payin top dollar. The one on 86..and to top it the menu looks like hyroglificks or some **** b... feels more like a turist trap now. Any condiment u try to add is like $1-2 each....only free ones are Mustard and ketchup. It does adds up.

There's a spot on Essex btw delancey and rivington. Another spot on Stanton btw Essex and Suffolk. Another joint on avenue a and 1st. Very decent. But for really good pizza you will to drop 3-4 bucks. And for that go to nonnas on Clinton.

Recession special is $6 at the spot Uptown now. At least it was a few months ago.
Miss my days cooling downtown and hitting the one on 8th street in the Village. Was right next to one of my favorite hat spots that used to have all the Negro League joints, Kangols etc.

Some of the best pizza is in the BX. Man that recession special was 2.50 back when I was coppin. 2 dogs and a fruit juice. So good ended up getting it twice. Folks from OT look at me crazy when I talk about hot dogs being that good.
