best $1 slice pizza in nyc?

iite what's the best pizza in NY state period? i dont care how much it cost, what  is objectively the best pizza

You guys are lucky, the cheapest we get in San Francisco is $2.50 unless you go to Costco.

Best slice you can get here is a spot called Upper Crust, slice is about the size of two regular ones. A soda and slice with toppings rounds out to about $5

My costco location's pizza is pretty damn good.
Just had a combo costco pizza last night

Just joined Costco this week..had a rotisserie chicken last night..holy sh** was that good

Yeah, man. Pretty cheap too.

Try the ribs as well, it isn't too bad.

The chicken could legit feed 5 ppl lol..most the time whenever I have rotisseries from a supermarket I'm like blah..but that was bangin'

Your costco got cooked ribs? Mine never adds new stuff.
Yeah, the Costco here in VA is different. They have cooked St. Louis Rib and Wings.

Then the food court has Italian Sausage and Chili.

Costco back home in CA didn't have these options. They had polish sausage which, IMO, is better since its the same price as a hot dog.

Lucky. We don't have chili either. We used to have polish sausage at the food court years back but they removed it. Only new food court stuff they added was a bbq beef sandwich and iced coffee.

Recession special is $6 at the spot Uptown now. At least it was a few months ago.

Miss my days cooling downtown and hitting the one on 8th street in the Village. Was right next to one of my favorite hat spots that used to have all the Negro League joints, Kangols etc.

That 1 on 8th used to come thru. Recession special like 3x when munchies kicked in

Best pizza ive had was from the og patsys in harlem, if you in the bronx i suggest louie and ernie
For thevbiggest slice go to pizza barn in yonkers, 2ft pizza and its actually good

going to nyc next sat. i wanna know where i cna get the best $1 pizza?

i heard percys pizza was the best.... might have to try that... but any other recommendations?

off the wagon for drinks, then percys after, easily my favorite $1 pizza.

Di fara probably the best pizza in the country but as I said the wait time to get serviced is ridiculous.
This review stood-out to me, what do you think of it? :

Pizza has gone down over the years as Dom ages. The emperor has no clothes. Just because you slap a big price tag on a slice of pizza doesn't change the fact that the pizza is undercooked and crust tastes of raw flour from being over dusted.

The same had happened with the great Lombardi's over the years who get by on food channel exposes. Over the years they have cheapened out on their ingredients leaving Totonnos, Patty's and Grimsley to carry on the OG pizza torch.

Sounds like a contrarian wrote that honestly. Totonnos is dam good tho. Just too many options in NYC toooooo many.

Went t flight club today and had a chicken gyro from one of the halal trucks..bangin
