Peace NT Fam,

Yo I'm planning a trip to Brazil for my Bday in October. Wanted to know if anyone has been there and would put me on game about Visas, accomodations, things to do, itineraries, and most importantly any deals on flights. Im looking to be there for about 6-7 days in the Rio de Janeiro area and possibly Salvador. Any tips suggestions, recommendations, tips would be greatly appreciated.

Much respect, Thanks.

wrap it up
Yeah I know about that one lol ....

I don't believe the HIV stats/stories are accurate...this may be just Western propaganda to keep people from boosting the Brazilian economy

Any NTers traveled/toured/lived in Brazil for a minute? .... I heard they're trying to get rid of the visas for US citizens. How true is that?

Do you have some sort of an idea what you wanted to do while your there?
Definitely want to go to Salvador and the northern states to check out the old slave dungeons and ports. Someone told me Bahia is also a pretty good spot, but Im limited to 6-7 days I know most of it going to be in Rio lol ....

I need some itinerary inspirations from any NTers that previously spent some time there to help me out especially if you have some cheap destinations to check out. I know Imma blow all my money in Rio

Man subbed. I wanted to go for my 30th but it's looking like I won't be able to until 31.

Statue of Jesus, copacabana, soccer match at Maracana, either botafogo mall or fashion mall which is like 10/15 min walk down the street. Botafogo is more for food and a beautiful view on the top level, fashion mall actually has a couple nice stores including a dope little sneaker boutique.

Im from brazil...never been to rio tho

Water is fine to drink..at least in valadares where im from

Only advise is to watch out for little kids. 8 year olds will run up on you and snatch your stuff.
