Yeah, I know who Parra is, I was referring to the store where they were released.

wrong, they were released in 4 european cities: Amsterdam (3 stores), Paris, London and Berlin (tier 0 only) only 2x sz13 exist, one with the parrastitching (located in the US), one regular (located in Germany)

The biggest size that was released (not embroidered) was an 11.5. The pairs that were embroidered were friends/family steez..There were less than 1,000 made of the regular pairs from what I understand, although everybody knows how those numbers go..
