Any low rider exhibits going on? CANT FIND THEM!! >=0

so i saw this ehibit on the news it was supposed to be at either echo park or elysian park, but when i went to look it up online i cant find anything.

it was supposed to be like the history of the low-rider, and it looked interesting as hell. i wanted to take my girl there

any help is appreciated!
