I got a question about being charged from a website and the customer service # not working anymore

I signed up for a $1 trial offer from a website and it clearly says if you cancel your membership it wont charge you the full amount of $30+something. The phone number for the customer service doesnt work at all. 
Did I get got? Any options for me getting my 30+ bucks back? 

To top it all off, once they charged me the 30+, I STILL didnt get full access to the site. 

Should I take the L?

I told my bank, but for some reason it wasnt showing up on my statement. and this was last week. I just checked today and they charged me after all.
