Jordan 3 Cleaning Help

I got Jordan 3 Crimson for a really good deal on CL, but unfortunately they have a spot that turns out to be not dirt. I've tried to clean it with multiple products including Jason Markk and nothing works. It almost looks like a burn. If I buy angelus leather paint can I just go over it with white or do I have to do something more? Any help would be great. Thanks.

Yep, tried a magic eraser too. Nothing even makes it less visible. No matter how much I've scrubbed it still stays exactly the same.
