Less than 24 hours until Vegas- Now on my own. VEGAS NTers to the rescue

Ok, so I am booked and ticketed for Vegas tomorrow arriving @ 5 local time.  Only issue is my good buddy from College is now an official scratch so this is a solo mission.  Never been to Vegas totally alone, and frankly it could be really chill or kinda lame.  I will play some poker and spend some time out at the pool and at the sportsbook watching the Brewers, but other than that I dam n sure am not going to clubs, nice dinners, and dancing anywhere by myself.  That being said, anyone local or otherwise with great suggestions, feel free.  I am not going to spend money @ strip clubs an d go that route, but I have no issue with those of you who do.  I think I got my fill of those as a college kid in the South.  Suggest away.  BTW, I am taking three pairs of kicks, but have no clue which ones.  Prob a hoops shoe just because I usually like to wear them just to chill, probably a runner of some kind, and probably some flip flops/sandals or a pair of Koston 1s for kicking @ the pool.

Thanks in advance for your serious suggestions.  Would be great to get a last minute "wolfpack" together if anyone is interested

wow that sucks. you're going to have to battle with your own insecurity and win if you want to have fun out there. Nobody wants to go solo for an entire trip but when you really think about it, bars, clubs, and all that half the time you ditch your friends anyway to handle your business. You need to do everything you would've done with him and make some friends there from either gender. Either way its vegas you can't lose unless you don't play..... or if its money.

Brysco, I'll be out there tomorrow - flying out at 9am. Where are you staying at? I've been to Vegas quite a few times, going out to meet with some college friends. I can give you some insight. Sorry your buddy flaked last minute, I know how that feels..
