Need suggestion/opinions for trading.

So this is the story, I copped a 9.5/10 BHM 3s and some offered me Air Force Max Area 72 condition about 8-8.5/10. They are both size 11. Aren't the BHM 3's kinda limited?

Is this trade fair? What should I do to make it fair?

If it sounds fair to you, then do it. Don't seek the opinions of others on a trade. If you feel it's good and you feel like you're getting a good deal then by all means do it. Me personally, when and if I trade I don't worry too much about the sneaker value but moreso about the quality and how much I like the sneaker,
