Shocked at the popularity of the knife, people REALLY wanted it?

Ultimately doesn’t seem TE is doing himself any favors on this publicity tour, even the host seems annoyed:

based on what ive listened to so far, i kinda get Tremaines side of things. He's saying supreme does "risky" vulgar art all the time. He specifically calls out this one as an example
Nuns Tee - fall winter 2022 - Supreme

he also points out that supreme has no reason using black faces when they do a photo tee, but the vast majority of there art collabs dont feature black artists and their art work. Which i get.

But if i had to put my mind inside of an all white exec board, they probably thought that in 2022-2023, dropping something like clothes depicting a lynching without precise marketing with the backdrop of supreme not really taking any real civil rights/activist stances in the past decade, folks would probably think Supreme is just trying to profit off of black suffering and black culture.

preme probably didnt see a way they could have come out of this with positive or neutral PR

Im actually contemplating buying the knife resale for $100 more....
Usually things like this either dip in price or keep rising.
I honestly want the knife because I cook literally everyday,
I may just buy the regular one or better, am I bugging? LOL
