He started last year that way, If I remember correctly. His velocity picked up later on in the summer, but with I'm not worried with Felix.

Yeah, there were same concerns last year, but he got back up to the mid-90's later in the season (I think).

Felix is a pitcher now, so I'm not worried. You can see early here how he's gotten so much better since his early years at pitch placement and selection in certain spots that he's even more effective than he was as just a flamethrower.
