Which Jordan releases this year will be worth reselling?

There are many releases this year including a concord low which I believe to be worth reselling. Which shoes in everybody's opinions are worth reselling for 200-300$ on top of retail or will there be any? Examples include; bel air, new Oregons, blue gammas.
