My co-worker was indecisive about buying some trail mix at TJs a few weeks back. One of the employees was really hyping up the bag that she eventually put back. Long story short, the employee found her in the checkout line a couple minutes later and said for her to have the bag on the house. This is exactly why their company is so good...they really go the extra mile to make the customer happy. I honestly can't remember a time where I haven't chopped it up with the cashier about random +!@+. Talking about everything from food recommendations, baseball, allergies, etc...you don't get that type of service in other stores. Gotta agree w. Mez on Whole Foods too...they have nice employees also.
