copped it when I heard it won best comic in 2009ish... I like it because it has a good comedic tone. its very different and the artwork is great. This is one of the few comics  I feel every character looks very unique. I dont have the best face memory and a lot of times I think characters look the same. They're making a showtime tv series of this comic as well which Im looking forward to. Another great thing I like is that the creator is only making a set number of issues. theres 2 volumes out right now and I think there will be just one more. Its comforting knowing there will be closure in the future




This is a graphic novel  about the Trojan war. Loving and studying a little  greek history and mythology I thought this book captured the people and era of the time very well. Its in depth, I heard the author spent a lot of time researching the history of the story to make it as accurate as possible. Personally I have read many versions told of the trojan war and this one was probably the most entertaining. Probably the only problem with this one is it takes them so long to release issues, coming out like a few times a year.
