Registered Member Posts: 1606 01/28/12 3:28 PM	Tags : None Long story short, I left my laptop over my sister house last weekend and I went to go pick it up today and found out that it was stolen.I'm so heated now that I have to drop extra money on a laptop when knowing I just bought one 2 years ago. Niketalker's please help me get more bang for my buck as im in the market for a new one.My last laptop was a HP DV62150US shown below.

Registered Member Posts: 6474 01/28/12 6:08 PM	Save up for a Macbook Pro. Spending $800 on a PC laptop is like taking a long two in basketball. Pay a bit more and get something far better. Macbook Pro will last you much longer, is a much better machine.

Registered Member Posts: 453 01/28/12 8:39 PM	i copped my alienware m14x for 800 on ebay its great here are some specs core i5 500 gig hard drive 1600x900 14" screen nvidia gt555 graphics card i like it excepts thats its kinda heavy and thick so i wanna cop a cheap macbook pro for school but install win7 on it. also check out the sony vaio z its a good laptop for the price and also good quality

Mid range its a toss up and intel murders amd in the high end. This new trinity looks really good, i would love to see it in a tablet form factor for like $700.
