Thanks for the advice. Hope they can at least do something about it.  I just realised the invoice they sent me isn't even CCS, it's an Eastbay invoice, haha.

Yeah they returned my money. Bad luck I guess. It's hard knowing that whoever got my Diamond Dunk order probably already has them up on eBay! :(

 I can't believe how it's even possible either! The manager I spoke to on the phone said that it's quite common and has happened to a few others. I have no idea what to do, other than hope they have gone to the wrong customer and may be returned.
