fraying is normal right?

Where did you get yours?  I would say the leather on all the swooshs are about the same, all tumbled.  I noticed that on one of the swoosh's there is some fraying of the leather at the top of the shoosh that isnt the same on all of them.  i think thats just crappy quality control though
