I have the individual images in high resolution, so I added them together: Non-standard aspect ratio, but that's how the images are sized, and I preferred leaving them as they were.

If you mean for Photoshop, then you could just spend a few minutes with the Polygonal Lasso Tool and you won't need templates anymore... ILLUSTRATEYOURIMAGINATION
