Thanks guys for all the suggestions. I’m in Chicago, the city, not the burbs.
I haven’t really noticed any sneaker shops. I know we have St. Alrfreds, but that’s all I can think of. If there’s any fellow Chicago sneakerheads around, I’d love to hear from you.
@picasso swerve God bless man...
Anyone have any advice for my situation, I’d really appreciate it… I haven’t been around for a while.
I haven’t bought a pair of J’s in at least 10 years. Kids, work, had testicular cancer in 2015 etc.
All time favorite sneakers by far. So you can imagine how geeked I was for these.

I havent bought a pair of 5's since the 2016 black metallics. Those were a size 12, any advice on what size i should be shooting for? That video says they run bigger than the recent grapes, but how did those run in comparison to the black metallics?
Apologies if this is not allowed, I could have swore there used to be a wanted section back in the day. I haven’t been around in a bit.
My box got mangled for my Chicago’s. It’s one of my grails, so I would like to have the box as well.
It’s for a size 11.5. But I’d take an 11, or 12 box as...
It literally says in their FAQ page you can return within 3 days. The shoes are brand new. I haven’t even opened the shipping box yet
“We want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we accept returns on New In Box, New No Box and GOAT Clean purchases that are in the same condition as...
How do I start a return on Goat? Their FAQ says
“To initiate a return, tap “Request Return” in the GOAT app when you receive your package or email us at help@goat.com.”
There is nowhere to tap “request return”.
I ordered a size 12 of a shoe, and while it was on the way had an opportunity to...
Wow the 2016's have it already? If you were to wipe it all off, it would come back.
I had 2 pairs of 1's that I discovered like this.
Angelus leather balm, 2 or 3 generous coats. Made the leather softer and no more fairy dust.
Is it me, or is the R2 worse in comfort than the R1? I didn't think that was even possible. The lego block on the R2 digs into the side of my foot.
An insole in NMDs is a MUST. And that only brings it up to an average shoe as far as comfort goes. Maybe not even that.
They keep putting out weird versions of shoes that were once great. Everyone just keeps buying them over and over again. They're the biggest scam artists smh
