thanks! i have a plate on my ped and filed a report at the scene. 3 cops, 2 in cars and 1 on a motorcycle came by, took photos of my injuries and damaged moped. they said to feel free to report plates if i ever see him around!! $38?!

Thursday at around 6pm. Southgate turning left on Maddux, coming up from Westlake right after the library. I'm almost positive he lives in Daly City as he swung a right on Elmwood, hitting John Daly and went up to Skyline.
