those lines in there are from my dogs fur haha. i picked him up and held him for a couple minutes and his fur got stuck to the damn letters smh. the couple holes on there are from when my friends car seatbelt got stuck to it.......

i emailed them, on the off chance they have replacement letters or something. im thinking about tracing around the letters onto parchment paper at least, so i can get the dimensions exact for a potential custom switch up.....
