I don't think it's the fact that they don't train as much. I'm pretty sure they put in as much work as others, BUT the main difference is thatthey don't RACE as much as Americans(its a shame) Americans train to peak in the early summer(June, July) versus the world who trains to peak in late...

they're legit as long as you stick to the program. I've never used them myself, but my teammate used them and he was jumpin out the gym the next b ballseason.... i recommend 'em.

its a good commercial, but not the best shoe to train in everyday, especially if you do a lot of miles.... ..unless u become accustomed to training like that.
