I was amongst the group that got a voucher, the shoe had heel zoom, but the forefoot units were replaced with rubber pads. The initial Nike description listed heel AND forefoot (true to OG). After the callouts, they changed the description to ‘heel Zoom’. Midsole even still had the cutouts for...

The demographic for retro buyers does not care about performance basketball. They still move big numbers. We will likely never see Protros. It was nice during the 2000-2010 era seeing all the PE Retros on the court, they had a great run.:smokin

Holiday season has always been their bread and butter tho…likely there’s a direct link between these bad retros and the factory switch. No one is really commenting much on that aspect.
