It looks like the orange/grey Flyknit Trainers with yellow or green laces. The original Flyknit Trainers with no padding are my favorite Flyknit shoes. I prefer them over the Racers. I hope they rerelease them.

I bet that's a Nike sponsored runner. Nike make Flyknit Racers with all kinds of different soles for their runners.
