and for good reason...i think they would look better with a fat tongue and laces . but if they were as "uncommon" as todays SB then the hype wouldntbe as high. IMO the best SB's only got hyped because they were produced in significantly limited numbers

To be honest, i think they were worthy, that shoe has to be one the best combination of a classic colorway on classic shoe i've ever seen...still nottoppin the royals though

not really feeling these...i thought Nike would follow up with that flightposite yellowish/green colorway but i guess not if these sell out like the eggplants (or come remarkably close) then i'll consider these over-hyped

if the price was right, i woulda bought that joint and raised hell at another store (that knew what the REALLY were) when making the return. if that was a slipup (still dont know how) then cool but if that happens on a regular basis then that makes me question alot of things in that store and...

i personally dont because of the over the top prices...guaranteed authenticity shouldnt come at a cost if you do your homework and go the ebay route. i cant speak for the whole area but most of the people i know dont buy from there

Wow...things like this make me realize just how much work Wale has put in to becoming successful in this game...son went from being a DC/MD local working inDTLR to worldwide shows and now a tour with the Jigga man himself....all that with a go-go band on his back. Its def a good look for him...
