Has anyone use an online trainer/coach? I need some help losing pounds. I’ve never been good with diet/food choices so I really need someone to help with that. Also, I’m getting older and can’t workout like I used to an need some help finding exercises. Any recommendations?

How are these to clean? I'm looking at the Spruce Aura/Spruce Fog/Barely Volt/Volt colorway. Some of nike knit shoes are just impossible to keep clean in lighter colors. Such as the nike Odyssey React in light gray. Are these something I can wipe off with a cloth and water or.....? thanks
