Never owned a pair of 8's myself, hell my older sis scooped a pair of aqua's for one of my lil bro's. And if "shoeheads" wouldn't jack up the price so much and sell them to me,reasonably, I might have had some growing up. But you know moms was never gonna buy em unless they were on sale haha...

I can say the exact same thing but I never focused on the NBA. I played every sport from football to lacrosse, pops was in the military and my moms only watched boxing and OZ lol. So my exposure with televised basketball is already low and with all the classic tv show/movies never had to watch...

Won't call them trash but I can see where someone  might get hype for them. No reason to even care them other than the dash of green; every other color way that's used here has been done better on previous 5's but that's just me. But if I see them on Nike website in 2 weeks I'll cop, no need to...
