Who do I talk to about this??? After I was guaranteed the raffle I had to take off from work so I can make it there before they released them to the public I was denied my reservation.

For the Jordan 11 Concords I won on Champs app got to the store they asked me to put a code in my phone it shows a different code. Then they told me my name wasn't on the list in the store and they can't release them to me.

Yo what happens when yo win the raffle on the app get to the store they asked me to put the a code in my phone a nother code appears then they tell me my name not on a list in the store a can't get them sorry... Now who do I talk to please somebody help me out with this....
