Personally I would follow your 997/998 sizing and go 0.5 down only. But if you like your kicks kinda snug like some people on this forum go down full size. Good luck. 

Definitely half size down for all 740s. They run long. I have the OG white/blacks and went 0.5 down and they are slightly big still.

They're 996PU Made in USA's. They had some bigger sizes in those as well 11+...

Has anyone bought from here before? Site looks a bit sketch.. Geocities circa 1994... They have some pretty good sizes in some rare stuff that I would like to pick up. Wanted to check first before pulling trigger.

FYI I saw these at my local NB outlet this past weekend (Connecticut Exit 67 on I95 one) for $60 bucks. Full size run too.  You might get lucky at yours.  Good luck.
