Looking to upgrade cameras soon, I have the nikon d3100 now, what do you guys think should be my next one? I really just want better image quality, thats the main priority right now. In the $800 - $1200 range.

Oh okay, yeah thats how I figured the big group meet up would be, kind of a waste of time. I met up once with someone a week ago, turned out well, we just kind of didn't have the same eye for things, feel like you can learn more from someone who you know has better skills kind of like you said.

Quick question, cause I'm a kind of new, sigma is the best when it comes to lenses? That's how it seems. I have nikon and wanted to get a 50mm, so nikkor or sigma? Also, any Atlanta folks in this thread? Since we're kind of on the subject of meetups, I've been wanting to do a small meetup but...
