I believe it is the upper left pair of this eastbay 2001 catalog #30221002 but the model name is cut off if anybody knows it

I was hoping someone could identify these shoes. Sorry this is the only picture I have of them. I know they are Flights from around 2000. They were bought from a Nike store but don't remember if it was an outlet or regular store. The only other shoe I've seen with the sole that comes up the heel...
