I had no intention to go for the 992 or the 998 but I'm still peeved about the resellers grabbing all of them. Glad to see that you guys have a sense of humor about the whole thing though.

Not sure how to feel about the new color wheel. I like the black midsole and the new brown and blue suede options, but I kinda wish they had a dark shade of green, orange, purple, and yellow instead of the shade you would see in a pack of Crayola markers. Really love the madder rose color though.

I think the Blends code may have been a fluke on their part. They have plenty of stuff on sale now but they took away the code from the sale section, so entering the code doesn't give an extra discount on top of the sale prices anymore.

Just went to the L.L. Bean store near me and saw the grey 990v4 for $89.99 plus another 20% off for Father's Day. Website has them at $175 though. Still haven't brought myself to hop on the 990v(non-1) train though...

How do you all handle the obnoxiously long laces on the 997 and 990v1? Mine are always flopping around and double knotting doesn't really help.

Just got back from a cruise where the average passenger was comfortably into their 70s. You 990v4 people would have been in heaven.

No real issue, just wondering if there were any reasons for getting no tags on a new pair and two random stuffings inside their shoes from a company as big as Eastbay.
