Cardboard sole is exactly how I describe the 2015 Retro. I can't even wear them a whole day without discomfort. And coincidentally, the sole from my 2005 pair pretty much fell apart even from normal use.

Great looking shoe, but I could not get over the stiffness of the shoe and sold them before I could find out if they would break in.

Had to sell my Iridescents because they fit way too narrow for me. I couldn't wear them a whole day. Not sure if sizing up would have helped with the width though.

I'm happy with my true size. For me,  TTS = 10.5, regular Huaraches = 11/11.5, Ultra Huarache = 10.5.
