Couple of hours if I remember correctly. It seemed like if they canceled the order, it happened fairly quickly.
When the status changes from "waiting for approval" to "ready to ship" you should be good. That's how it went for my gold toes from the eastbay...
I think the free shipping is what was causing the payment issues. Reloaded the app, the $30 shipping popped up instead, and payment went right...
