Hope the ir2 is a huge improvement. I've tried a few pairs of the v1 so far and they felt like a step back from the ER2 in terms of comfort and general fit. Just glad I piled the epics high when they were cheap and and easily available.

I was working up to it. You never just go full volt.

Mine turned up today on "Lockdown : Day One" Loving the pillow tongue on these.. very plush.

Volt/neon green flat lace swap seems like the obvious upgrade.. But.. Might try purple cos I really liked that on the AM's. Picked up a pair for my mrs and then my daughter fancied a pair, so gonna have to hawk some toilet rolls on eBay.. :P

Is anyone seeing many pairs of the ER2 at nike outlets? Went to our one today and its like they never existed.

Keep meaning to try some black cat elephant print ones in them but get distracted. The speckled look people doing works good so might have to knock up some grey/blue ones.

Got to check out some of the recent 'satin' ones earlier today and the materials felt really nice. I think they just need a red swoosh and they'd go. Will wait for disco tho.. :wink:

The revolver bit looks a bit wonk, but other than that I kinda like those. They do remind me of something though.. Can't remember what... :P

mids have a totally different mold, and it's much more noticeable in the forefoot area. the sides of the toebox sit lower because the top panel is narrower, and the tongue/toe join area pinches inwards a little bit on most sizes as well. The odd pair are made more like highs, but recent models...

Probably. I'd just like the ke some reasonable materials and consistent sizing tho.
