Yes. I submitted, got my money back but it wasn't accessible, kind of on hold. Then YS said they were not in the wrong and citi reissed the money. They guy at citi said this is standard no matter what the merchant replies. Then you just have to send an email/ fill out form showing the shipping...

My Citi took care of me. It did take a few phone calls and about 4 months. YS just never shipped my order after creating a tracking number for it. (creams). They told citi they would not ship but also would not refund. ?! So Citi eventually refunded with the charge back. The citi rep said this...

I got through splash, then it said validating. They said could not validate and try again. Then back to splash. Any ideas what that was all about?

Have 2 payments on my paypal (due to error and refresh). One order confirmed email.

Had a splash page sitting for about 2 hours and it finally loaded. Little error in processing first payment, burt refreshed and it went though. Chrome (incognito) mode.
