the production dates on the inside tag say they were made in 2010, I guess that's incorrect?

I just bought these on eBay off a guy who claimed to have these wrapped up since they were released. I've worn them a couple times, and I don't believe they're fake but I'm not sure if they're a retail pair or grey market/unauthorized. Help me out?
