Anyone in the greater Portland, OR area know where there's still some in stock?

We've had DirecTV for the past 5 years and we just moved across country.  Our new location does not get a view of the southern sky, so DirecTV (and Dish Network) is out.  What are the other TV service providers?  I'm trying hard to stay away from Comcast ($$$$$$$), but they may be my only choice.  

Will be moving back to Portland this summer.  I need to find a nice 3-bedroom townhome to rent.  Any recommendations for townhome communities?  Our preferred area to live is SW Portland, North Tigard, East Beaverton, since my work is in NE Portland (but we want to stay on the West side).  FYI...

Are those legit ASU new unis?  If so, holy God, they're going to have some of the sickest unis in all the land.  Those are some of the best I've seen.  That helmet is plain nasty (in a good way!)

We would be renting.  What's the average cost of rent for a 3 bedroom apartment/condo/townhome?  As close to CSUF would be ideal, since that's where the job would be at.

Possible new job opportunity in Fullerton area.  Job opportunity is as close to a dream job.  Would LOVE to live there, but I'm worried about cost of living.  I have a family (2 young kids) and would have a salary ranging in the $55K-$70K range.  Will it work to live comfortably in that area?

That would be the one and only TONY DUNGY.  I about fell out of my chair when he said that.  He may be a nice guy, religious, helpful, etc., but his football analyst skills are not good.
