What's retails on the Oreo 2s?

I really want do customs on these but i have no idea on how to paint the mesh area on the toebox or the sock liner any tips would be apreciated this would be my first try at customs ive done alot of research but no info on painting mesh or anything like that, and id hate to screw up a perfectly...

When a HOH opens they restock everything but do they restock everything from like the last 4 months or how does it work? ALso how do I see where they are opening?
