Thanks for all the input. My biggest concern was the paint on the shoe rubbing off slightly if scrubbed with a wet towel. (from the painted rubber at the bottom of the shoes). My other shoes don't do that. It's not obvious when looking at the shoe, but the towel get slightly stained.

They came out in early 2011. Yeah I found that pic on some bootleg site. Good to know they don't all have the elastic. I found it a little weird that the grey ones have red insoles though...

You'd be surprised how many of the lower end Jordans are copied. Here is an example of one version of fake H's. I'm wondering if my concerns are valid about those pairs I got, any input from someone who owns H's is much appreciated.
