All I'm trying to do is find someone that can help me determine the authenticity of it but no one seems to have answer as to what the custom tags mean.

I get that it's apparel release with the Olympic 7s. The part that isn't normal is on the tags. Look at the "size" and also the tag inside the jacket on the neck. Those are the things that are not normal for this hoodie.

Care expound on how it is not rare? If it was "normal" wouldn't there be a lot more information about it online?
