Just talked to a rep regarding this since I have the same issue. She said OPEN status mean anything before it goes in to being fully shipped. Stated my order is still being processed in the warehouse being ready to ship. Shipping confirmation w/ tracking number is still 24-48 hours in place of...

Too many of these orders will cause everything to get cancelled in my opinion..can only hope that's not the case

If almost all orders get cancelled..it's cause that first phone order post was never removed in time lol, or any post after 4 est for that matter..Too many orders coming through..

I tried at least 8 times as well. Literally had to remember each rep's name to figure out which one's would say no immediately lol. Got through around 5pm, CC charged. Just waiting for shipping confirmation. Drew pushed my order through with the smoothness.
