Damn that's messed up, 30+ years no promotion or anything. I would have quit after the third year. A lot of people on here are saying the same thing about not moving up even with years of experience, so I guess there has to be some truth to that. I definitely don't plan on staying at footlocker...

Nah..I'm trying to stay away from that street life but man. I was so damn sure I scored that position. Like during the interview compared to who was in my group I blew them out the gates with my answers, everything was smooth man then they hit me with that email letting me down and sh*t even...

Damn...I didn't make the cut unfortunately. All that "If you receive a background verification email, you're pretty much hired." Is *******t. I got that email and I have a clean record. Got my hope up for nothing...

Thanks and yeah I called a few times but I always seem to call at the wrong time cause the hiring manager is either not in or he's on break. I'm 80% sure I got the job but the other 20% is the lack of actually being notified I scored the position.
