Yea, you’re absolutely right. When you do this long enough and train hard there’s always going to be a risk. Just have to make sure it’s a calculated risk. Yea I’ve done that in the past for my pec strain. Cross education effect is very real. As of now I’m able to train the left hamstring...
So two weeks ago today I felt a pop in the back of my leg. Was doing back extensions, albeit a little heavy tbh but it’s a weight I’ve done before comfortably . First set went smooth, second set feel a pop right behind my left knee. Wasn’t really painful but I knew it wasn’t good. Went to the...
If I had to take a guess I think I’m somewhere around 12-14% bf. I’ve learned that I carry almost no fat in my legs. I still have lower back fat that kinda pisses me off but it is what it is.
Yea I lost around 90 lbs in total. I did go through a gaining phase last July till around mid...
Yea I never cared much about my calves till I saw a recording of myself in shorts…it looked like I skip leg day 😅. That makes more sense, I used to play like 4-5x a week.
Mannn I wish, my hops are non existent these days :rollin
I try to hit them three times a week but I usually hit them twice a week. I find that it’s a good warm up for my squat pattern so I start my leg days with them. I’ll usually do like 3-4 sets. For the first two I’ll go a little heavier in the 6-8 rep range and then I’ll do back offs for like...
Appreciate you bro! Hahaha yea it takes a little while getting used to getting a little fluffy but it’s worth it trust me. Mine were still visible but just not as sharp as they were during peak cut.
Too bad they fired me 🤣
Current physique. Down 15 lbs in 6 weeks. Sitting around 195 right now. Goal is to try and hopefully get to that 10% bf that eluded me last time. Hoping another 6-8 lbs will get me there. Then it’s time to get big big hopefully
Little physique update. Bulk has been going very well. Up 25 lbs from my leanest at 181. Abs are still kinda there which is nice lol. Pec strain is also healing much faster than I though thank God. Planning to bulk till the end of the year then start the cut again.
