From what I’ve found online these look like Nike Air Force 1 Premium Invisible Woman Clear/Blue/White but the model no. is not the same. Info online says 313641 941 but these are 312831 161.
The only pictures I’ve been able to find online of shoes like this are from what appears to be a Russian site.
