I I think Dr. Zach was mistaken. It's genuine leather. You can tell by examining the raw back on the lace tab on the vamp. If its fake its fabric backed, but there are raw fibers. Smells like leather too.

Colors ARE so unique, love that worn/tie-dye randomness on the print of the knit. Like the updated embossing on the heel/tougue/eyestay/rand/outrigger. Everything executed well on this shoe, EXCEPT the swoosh material!

Cosign, shoe is okay for wide footers. The real issue is it has a HIGH ARCH, so if you're flat footed or wide AND flat footed, it could feel tight around the midfoot/arch area.
